Stephanie Garvin
Producer, Screenwriter & Director
Stephanie Garvin is an American Director, Producer, Writer and Actor currently residing in Los
Angeles, California. Following a career in the financial industry and as an entrepreneur, Ms.
Garvin has successfully pursued her childhood dream of writing and making movies.
While pursuing film studies at U.C.L.A, UCB, and Margie Haber School, Ms. Garvin worked in a variety of supporting acting roles, while closely observing and learning movie directing and production. She eventually founded ETM Pictures Inc., and later ETM Distribution LLC., to further work with independent films and film stakeholders. Overcoming many industry obstacles, Ms. Garvin became the Writer, Executive Producer and Director of the feature film Holiday Twist which is set to be released in theaters nationally on December 1, 2023. Ms. Garvin has been involved in all creative and business aspects of the Holiday Twist movie project from the start with a determination to keep the film independent and retain her rights in the creative and distribution processes. Based upon the initial success of Holiday Twist, plans are underway for a sequel which is set to be released in 2024.
Prior to her work with Holiday Twist, Ms. Garvin was a co-Executive Producer of the award winning feature film The Trial of the Chicago 7, which secured a much publicized deal with Netflix and was directed by Aaron Sorkin. Ms. Garvin was also a co-producer on the Feature Film Documentary Mr. Nelson on the North Side which explored the early developmental years of Prince’s life until his passing at the height of his career.
When Ms. Garvin’s children were young, “Family Date Night,” included a dinner and a movie gthat bonded her family and helped her maintain work/life balance “Although my children thought it was super corny at the time, they still talk about these simple experiences together as being some of their favorite memories.” When she suddenly became an empty nester, Stephanie’s passion to create meaningful movie content with a message that can be enjoyed by the entire family drove her to bring her childhood dream to a reality.
In an effort to give back to the industry, Ms. Garvin has also served as a board member of the Burbank Film Festival for the last several years.

Michael Holder

Michael Holder has 30+ years of executive management, investment and board experience in a variety of industries including the life sciences, medical technology and the entertainment industries both with public and privately-held companies. Mr. Holder’s areas of expertise include strategy, fundraising, M&A, distribution, accounting, finance, law, human resource, and administration. Mr. Holder has recent experience with film fundraising, strategy, financial operations, and distribution. During his career, Mr. Holder has raised in excess of $1 billion in debt and equity financings and has completed in excess of $2 billion in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate dispositions. Mr. Holder holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a B.S. in Business Administration from the Kenan Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina, and previously obtained his C.P.A. designation.
